Homeowners / Renters

This website is designed to facilitate bringing a homeowner together with a renter in order to find housing during the 2026 football draft. Therefore, we are not parties to any rental agreement resulting from the use of this website. All rentals are to be made between the renter and the homeowner via the homeowners' contact information (phone and/or email), as provided by the homeowner on the site. When renting a property through this website the renter is entering into an agreement with the homeowner and the terms set out solely by the homeowner. We will not be involved and will not be responsible for any rental terms, payment arrangements, or any taxable consequences to either the homeowner or renter. Further, we cannot be responsible for compliance with any HOA terms or municipality regulations when renting your property.

Property Listers

You the homeowner and renter, by listing your property, agree to the following:

• Ensure accuracy in details such as travel, venue, and parking information that you may promote in your listing.
• Include at least one original photo of your property (up to 15). No copyrighted or external images are allowed.
• Listings must be appropriate and may be modified or rejected by us. Inappropriate content and/or advertising other products, services, or website links is prohibited and may be rejected by us.
• Only one property may be advertised on any single listing.

Technical Issues

While we strive for uninterrupted service, technical issues may cause downtime. We reserve the right to modify or terminate services without notice.

Liability

We are not liable for canceled draft events, change of venue, nor for property damage, theft, or incidents arising from property listings or rentals. Listing details are posted at your own risk. Be certain to only submit descriptive text, images and contact information that you want publicized. We cannot ensure interest in or the leasing of listed properties.

Pricing

Pricing is at your discretion. Terms like "Negotiable," "Please Call," or "Make an Offer" are acceptable. You may revise your pricing or listing details by logging into the website.
